We hope that you will enjoy your puppy for years to come. We have taken steps to ensure that your new puppy is healthy. Your puppy has been selectively bred for excellent quality, health, soundness, intelligence and good temperament. Puppy will be checked by a licensed Veterinarian prior to being shipped or picked up. A health certificate will accompany the puppy when shipped. All puppies wil have 1st set of vaccinations, tails docked, rear dew claws removed, and be dewormed. Any hernias will be repaired if licensed Veterinarian determines the need to do so before the puppy leaves our Kennel, and will be noted on the Health Certificate.
The Seller guarantees the puppy to be in good health at the time of delivery.
In the unlikely event that there is a problem our guarantee follows.
What’s Covered:
Our puppies are guaranteed against congenital (birth) defects within one year from birth. It is very rare for a problem to arise after the pup’s first birthday. Our guarantee does not include poisoning, accidents, or behavioral problems, as training philosophies and environments vary amongst individuals.
What's Required:
New owner’s are required to have the puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 5 days of receiving the puppy. We, as the seller have already provided the first puppy shot and at least three wormings to your pup (as noted in the medical history you received with the pup). We require you keep your pup on a vaccination schedule and routine worming by a licensed Veterinarian.
Because of the variety and quality of dog foods available (and all canine illness are NOT covered by vaccination), we require that your puppy be kept on “NuVet Plus Canine.” Chosen by top breeders in the US, Nu Vet can help to significantly reduce and help eliminate many health problems. We use Nu Vet on a regular basis: believing that it helps to build a stronger, happier, and healthier pet. The positive effects of this product are outstanding and can not be beat. Nu Vet is easy to order and our puppies love it. To order call 1-800-474-7044 use order code 91583 or order on line at www.nuvet.com/91583 This Nutritional Supplement is only available through breeder recommendation. You will receive a sample of the supplement in your puppy pack. NOTE: This health guarantee will be null and void if you do not keep your puppy on the supplement.
Purchaser must recognize that intestinal parasites are not uncommon in puppies and very often appear during a puppies early development. We go to every length to prevent intestinal parasites in our puppies. However, purchaser must realize that the stress of going to a new home and travel can actually result in the appearance of intestinal parasites after the puppy leaves.
What Will Be Done:
If the requirements have been met, you may choose a replacement pup (of equal quality), buyer pays shipping, from any of our litters subject to availability, paying the difference in price if you desire a more expensive puppy. No cash refunds are given. No further or previous guarantees are implied either verbally, written, or otherwise stated.
We do NOT guarantee size or fitness for breeding.
VETERINARIAN AND SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY MONEY BEYOND THE INITIAL COST OF THE PUPPY BE RETURNED TO THE SELLER.
